Description

Endive chicory, of the Asteraceae family, develops a rosette of leaves more or less wrinkled which form a head more or less compact. In general, the varieties are divided into two groups: one said crispum and another said latifolium. Develops a trunk up to 1 mt high with branched inflorescences composed of 18-20 flowers bluish head.
