This is my first time growing eggplant. I picked one, washed, sliced, brushed it with olive oil and grilled it. The end slice were ok, but the slices from the center were bitter. Any suggestions?
You have to pick up them when they are a bit soft, big enough and completly developed and coloured.
You will learn the right moment only by daily exeperience, there's no objective rules in green games.
